-2011 This
project was to test all the application the services portfolio to determine
if they were compatible with office 2010 and Win7 OS. If they were not
compatible had to draw up an initial remediation plan and follow through to
make sure timelines committed by the application owners were met and to
highlight any issues or risks faced by the application owner to the IT
services Lead and PMO team. This was budgeted under the services long term

Budapest to Buc datacentre
migration 2011-2012 This
project was to migrate about 177 applications from the Budapest datacentre to
the BUC datacentre. It involved working closing with the Server / Compute
team and the different technology teams like Citrix, WebService, WebMethods,
Oracle DBA teams to make sure that the different application migration and
data migrations happened in such a fashion so as to appear seamless to the
